The rooms are outdated and furniture as well. The staff are friendly and helpful. There are not enough activities to do, and this facility is secluded, and their internet isn't the greatest.
We spent our vacation during the off-season in the first two October weeks. I can highly recommend this apartment hotel to families and couples. It is very well located, the beach is very close and clean, the apartments are well equipped, the staff is super friendly and flexible. You even have access to the spa of the hotel next door at discounted price.

This place is for families who love beach holidays. Went Sep and out of season. Nearest town is a mile and a half away from the complex.Bus services stop running at 6pm after that is taxis. But San Vincenza has some lovely bars and restaurants
Very good resort.
Not a very large but wonderful village. I've been going there for 30 years and I never get tired of it. Worth a visit near Populonia, the Gulf of Baratti, the Etruscan tombs, the mine, the white beach where bicarbonate is extracted and the town of San Vincenzo.
Stayed a few days over Easter and everything went well; the location is very good as it is close to the dog beach which is much appreciated by the dog and can also be reached on foot.
In addition to the beach, the place is close to other places that can be visited, such as Bolgheri or the Baratti and Popolunia area with the Archaeological Park.
Very kind and attentive staff; we didn't try the resort because we were out and about every day but, from a glance, it looks very good and the restaurant, closed in this period.
